Tips for visiting Da Nang in March

While the amount of rainfall in March experiences no change compared to the previous month, temperature rises by almost 10%, and reaches 22°C to 27°C. Temperature of sea water experiences the same increase, and reaches 25°C which is ideal for swimming at beaches. However, it would be much better if tourists wait until April or May to visit the coastal city to enjoy cool sea water in hot summer days.

Traveling to Danang in the second half of the March, tourists have a big chance to join in big festivals like Quan The Am (a Buddhist festival) held at Marble Mountain on the 19th day of the second lunar month, or dragon boat racing on Han River to celebrate the Liberation Day of Danang March 29th.
