Direct Service at the Hotel
Guests may visit Canvas Hotel directly at: 234 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam
to check in and use the reserved services.
Online Service
Guests may make reservations and payments through the official website at: https://canvashotel.com.vn
Upon completion of the booking process, a reservation confirmation will be sent via email. Guests are required to present the confirmation email upon arrival to use the services during the reserved period.
b) Estimated Service Delivery Time
The service delivery time at Canvas Hotel depends on the booking method:
For Direct Bookings at the Hotel
Guests may check in immediately after completing the check-in procedures at the Front Desk.
For Online Reservations
A booking confirmation email will be sent within approximately 5–10 minutes after the transaction is successfully completed.
Guests may check in according to the reserved schedule (normally from 14:00 on the arrival date).
c) Geographical Scope of Service Delivery
All services are provided exclusively at the premises of Canvas Hotel located at: 234 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam
Note:
Currently, the hotel does not provide accommodation or other facilities outside the hotel premises, except for airport transfer services requested in advance and officially confirmed via email.
