1. Service Usage Regulations
Guests must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to make room reservations or use our services.
All personal information provided by Guests must be accurate and complete. The hotel shall not be responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or fraudulent information.
A reservation shall only be considered valid once Guests receive an official confirmation via email or through the hotel’s reservation system.
Room rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include 10% VAT and 5% service charge. Service fees may be adjusted from time to time, and the hotel will notify Guests in advance of any changes.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges depending on the hotel’s policy at the time.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to Guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of accommodation regulations.
3. Children & Extra Bed Policy
3.1 Children Policy
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents (maximum 1 child per room, depending on room category).
Children from 6 to under 12 years old may incur additional charges for breakfast or extra bed upon request, according to the current rate policy.
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and must use an extra bed if exceeding the standard occupancy of the room.
⚠️ Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance if traveling with children so that suitable room arrangements can be prepared.
3.2 Extra Bed Policy
Some room categories may accommodate an extra bed upon request, subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Extra bed charges are applied separately and are not included in the standard room rate. Please contact the hotel for detailed pricing.
Extra beds are not available for all room categories. Kindly confirm availability with us before making a reservation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Room cancellations and refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy published on the website or stated in the reservation confirmation.
Certain promotional offers may be non-refundable and non-cancellable. Guests are advised to carefully review the applicable terms before making payment.
5. Property & Liability
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The hotel shall not be liable for any lost items unless they have been deposited at the Front Desk for safekeeping.
Guests shall compensate the hotel for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.
6. Hotel Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
The hotel’s responsibility is limited to the provision of services as confirmed and agreed with the Guest.
The hotel shall not be liable for force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, power outages caused by authorities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
7. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by Guests shall be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
We only disclose information when required by competent government authorities in accordance with the law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and information displayed on the website are the property of the hotel unless otherwise stated.
Any copying, reproduction, or reuse in any form without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Amendments to Terms
The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
Guests are responsible for reviewing and staying updated on the applicable terms at the time of using our services.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The competent court at the location where the hotel is headquartered shall have final jurisdiction over the dispute.
