- Direct Booking at the Hotel: Guests may visit the hotel directly for consultation, room inspection, and reservation confirmation.
2. Service Booking Confirmation Process
- Guests submit room or service booking requests through the hotel’s official channels.
- Our reservation staff will reconfirm details including room type, quantity, length of stay, additional services, pricing, and payment method.
- Both parties agree on the service conditions, followed by confirmation via email, written document, or reservation confirmation form.
- A booking is only considered valid after Guests receive official confirmation from the Reservation Department of Canvas Hotel.
3. Payment Methods

Guests may be required to make full or partial payment in advance depending on the booking policy applicable to each reservation type.

4. Service Cancellation Conditions
- Guests may cancel services provided the cancellation is made before the check-in time and before any service-related costs have been incurred.
- Late cancellations or services specially prepared upon request (such as decorations, private events, etc.) may be subject to additional charges according to the policy of each service package.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via official email. Telephone cancellations without written confirmation will not be accepted.
5. Refusal of Service Booking
Canvas Hotel reserves the right to refuse service bookings in the following cases:
- Guests provide inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
- There are signs of fraudulent activity or large-scale reservations without clear commitment.
- Requested rooms or services are unavailable at the time of inquiry.
- Both parties fail to reach an agreement regarding pricing, payment, or other terms and conditions.
